Frequently asked questions
Your questions answered, your experience made easier.
What will BookMahj cost?
Launch pricing is still being finalized. During setup, you will review the current organization terms before you commit to anything.
I already have a system. Why switch?
BookMahj brings listings, bookings, payments, waitlists, reminders, and student records together so you can replace a patchwork of separate tools.
Will students be able to find me?
Every instructor can have a public profile and searchable listings. Discovery will grow market by market during rollout, so we won't promise a specific booking volume.
What if I'm not tech-savvy?
Setup is guided, and support is available when you need it.
How will payments work?
Stripe securely processes payments. Payout timing depends on your Stripe account and bank; BookMahj keeps booking records and receipts together.
Can I keep my own website?
Yes. Keep your existing site and share your BookMahj profile or event links wherever you promote your business.
How do cancellations work?
You set the terms for each event. BookMahj shows the policy at checkout and retains the accepted terms with the booking.
